I had the pleasure of another candid photography session with this awesome family whom I’ve been photographing since the youngest was about a year old. They’ve always chosen locations for their photography sessions out in the woods and I love that because I get to photograph them in their happy place. During this fall photography session, we collected sycamore leaves, climbed trees, walked barefoot through crisp fall leaves, found endless ways to cross the river and more but what I will remember most is the way this family rock-hopped all over the river like mountain goats ~ nimble and barefooted no less. It’s always a thrill when I get to document so much authentic presence.
