I already knew that this dad was an amazing artist and was thrilled when he and his wife commissioned me to photograph their new babe. And then I pulled up to their beautiful home, a work of art itself. A pretty fabulous backdrop for a newborn session! But in the end not what you really see in the images. . .
Someone asked me once what inspires me most in my photography. I photograph a wide range of subjects so I had to think about it for a minute. But in the end, no question, inspiring it all is Love. No matter the backdrop, that’s what shines. And I will admit I sometimes get a little love buzz during my sessions. . . This is one of those sessions. All of that sweet love swimming around. . . love for each other and their perfect little babe . . . it’s like a wonderful tidal wave that spills over me and fills me up. And there’s no other place I’d rather be than photographing that love. So, thank you.
